- No incarceration for non-violent drug offenses/charges INSTEAD provide rehabilitation.

In my opinion I vote YES! on Prop 5 because we should incarcerate TRUE criminals.We need to incarcerate child molestors, rapists, murderers, and others. Providing rehabilitation for drug offenders will help the drug users stop using drugs and it will limit the amount of detainees in a jail. This way there will be more space for the real criminals.
